My first artistic experiments were in watercolour, and after over 25 years of trying to master this tricky medium, I still love the challenge it presents. I am fascinated by light and colour and there is always something new to learn.

Since retiring, I have re-ignited my love of sewing and enjoy experimenting with different techniques.

During lockdown I taught myself to knit and am now exploring the art of dyeing wool with plants from my garden.

​

I do a variety of printmaking, from ecoprinting to sun dyeing and I am always on the lookout for new techniques to incorporate into my work.
